Co-Founder & CEO, Outboxx
Temitayo Oyebamiji is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Outboxx, a revenue systems company helping African startups move from hustle-driven selling to structure-driven growth.
A specialist in go-to-market strategy, revenue design, and sales system architecture, Temitayo is focused on solving one of Africa’s most persistent business challenges — the lack of a unified sales operating system.
He believes Africa doesn’t have a talent gap; it has a sales infrastructure gap — and he’s building the platform to close it.
Temitayo’s approach to sales and growth is deeply rooted in structure, precision, and clarity, principles he honed during his five years at Zenith Bank, where he mastered the discipline of process-driven operations and customer trust.
Transitioning into the startup ecosystem, he quickly distinguished himself as a systems thinker, applying structure to the often-chaotic world of startup sales.
At DrilAfrica, he supported startups and SMEs in achieving measurable revenue growth by designing clear, repeatable sales processes.
During his time at TBO Consulting, he rebuilt sales frameworks, optimized internal alignment, and drove more than 20% top-line growth across multiple client companies.
Temitayo later joined Bolt, where he gained global exposure to how scale is engineered across markets. He led Nigeria’s first Bolt Business virtual event, bringing together over 300 industry leaders to discuss enterprise mobility and operational scale.
At Shuttlers, Nigeria’s leading mobility platform, he didn’t just lead sales — he built a sales motion. By integrating automation, personalization, and sales intelligence, he accelerated growth, improved predictability, and expanded into new verticals.
These experiences led him to a key realization: African startups struggle not because of poor products, but because of weak revenue infrastructure.
That insight became the foundation for Outboxx.
Outboxx is redefining how African startups build and scale their sales operations.
The platform provides startups with a Revenue Operating System — a structured framework for sustainable, repeatable, and scalable sales growth.
