SLOT Systems Limited has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of five senior executives across finance, business, operations, marketing and corporate sales, as the technology retail company positions the business for its next phase of growth.
The appointments of Azuatalam Ndubuisi Osuigwe as Chief Financial Officer, Eghosa Osadolor as Head of Business, Mathew Aremu Oladele as Head of Operations, Precious Eniayekan as Head of Marketing, and Lovely Akintunde as Head of Corporate Sales represent a significant expansion of leadership capacity across key areas of the business.
The appointments come at an important stage in SLOT’s evolution as the company continues to strengthen its position in Nigeria’s technology and consumer electronics market while expanding its commercial ambitions and operational capabilities.
For SLOT, the new leadership structure is designed to bring greater depth to the organisation as it scales its retail network, strengthens enterprise relationships, improves operational efficiency and builds a more ambitious brand.
Strengthening the financial foundation
As Chief Financial Officer, Azuatalam Ndubuisi Osuigwe will be responsible for the Group’s financial management, internal control environment and statutory compliance across SLOT’s businesses.
Osuigwe brings extensive experience spanning financial management, enterprise systems, risk, governance and commercial operations. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Certified Information Systems Auditor, he combines financial stewardship with systems governance, two increasingly important disciplines for modern financial leadership.
He has led a full Enterprise Resource Planning implementation to completion, supervised Sage X3 deployment across multiple branches and developed standard operating procedures in collaboration with internal audit.
His experience also includes managing finance operations across a 24-branch national operation, where he strengthened treasury practices and managed critical financial relationships. In one financial year, his treasury discipline delivered ₦120 million in foreign exchange gains, highlighting the commercial impact that disciplined financial management can have within an import-dependent consumer electronics business.
Before joining SLOT, Osuigwe spent 13 years at Vitafoam Nigeria Plc.
He is also a Fellow of the International Certified Risk Management Professionals in the United Kingdom, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and holds an ACCA Certificate in Data Analytics.
A stronger commercial agenda
Eghosa Osadolor, appointed Head of Business, will lead SLOT’s broader business agenda, with responsibility spanning commercial growth, strategic partnerships, market expansion, business development and the creation of new opportunities across the organisation.
His appointment comes as SLOT seeks to sharpen its commercial direction and identify new avenues for growth in an increasingly competitive technology market.
The role places business development and strategic growth at the centre of SLOT’s next phase, with a mandate to deepen opportunities, build stronger partnerships and expand the company’s commercial footprint.
Building operational capacity for scale
SLOT has also appointed Mathew Aremu Oladele as Head of Operations, with group accountability for supply chain and procurement, warehousing and inventory, distribution and logistics, facilities management, and expansion projects across the company’s retail network.
Oladele brings more than two decades of operational leadership across pharmaceutical retail, quick-service restaurants and manufacturing, sectors where inventory accuracy, supply chain discipline and distribution reliability are critical to business performance.
Most recently, he served as Head of Operations and Supply Chain at HealthPlus and mPharma, where he was responsible for supply chain operations, facilities and administration, procurement, warehousing, logistics and security, while reporting operational and financial performance to the Board.
Earlier in his career, he served as Head of Warehouse and Logistics at the same organisation, where he developed inventory, warehouse and logistics optimisation plans and drove process standardisation.
He previously spent five years as Warehouse Manager at Eat N Go Africa, the operator of Domino’s Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery and Pinkberry, managing sourcing, procurement, receiving, warehousing and distribution for a national quick-service network.
He also served as Group Warehouse and Store Manager at De-Tastee Fried Chicken.
Oladele holds an MBA in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Ladoke Akintola University and a BSc in Accountancy from Lagos State University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, a Certified Management Consultant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria. He also completed ERP implementation training with Headstart Global in Dubai.
Turning marketing into a growth engine
Precious Eniayekan joins the leadership team as Head of Marketing, taking responsibility for SLOT’s marketing, brand and communications agenda.
Her appointment comes as SLOT seeks to strengthen its market positioning and build greater relevance with customers across Nigeria’s increasingly sophisticated technology market.
In the role, Eniayekan will oversee the strategic direction of the SLOT brand, customer engagement, communications and marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on connecting brand, customer experience, innovation and commercial opportunity.
The appointment reflects a broader ambition to position marketing not simply as a communications function, but as a strategic contributor to business growth.
Expanding enterprise and corporate relationships
SLOT has also appointed Lovely Akintunde as Head of Corporate Sales, with responsibility for leading the company’s enterprise, institutional and business-to-business commercial agenda across Nigeria.
Akintunde brings more than 15 years of experience in enterprise technology sales and commercial leadership, with a track record spanning high-value transactions, strategic account management and complex institutional engagements.
Most recently, she served as Head of Sales at Manifold Computers Limited, where she was responsible for the company’s sales operation and managed a portfolio exceeding $15 million in the 2024 financial year, while expanding its qualified pipeline to $20 million.
Previously, as Sales Director, Cloud & Data Services at Intelics Solutions Nigeria, she led the organisation’s bid and tender function to a 90 percent success rate, maintained a $10 million pipeline, sustained a 95 percent corporate client satisfaction rate and secured the company’s first contact centre solution contract.
She holds an MBA in Marketing and Sales from Rome Business School, alongside qualifications in Marketing and Business Management.
At SLOT, Akintunde will focus on deepening relationships with institutions and enterprises, unlocking new commercial opportunities and strengthening the company’s position as a technology partner to businesses across Nigeria.
A new leadership chapter for SLOT
Taken together, the appointments strengthen several of the functions that will determine SLOT’s ability to scale: financial control, commercial development, operational execution, brand positioning and enterprise sales.
They also come at a time when Nigeria’s technology retail market is becoming increasingly competitive, with changing consumer behaviour, evolving technology categories and growing demand from businesses for reliable technology partners.
SLOT’s latest leadership appointments suggest that the company is preparing to compete not only through its established retail footprint, but through stronger internal capabilities and a more deliberate approach to growth.
The direction is clear: stronger financial foundations, sharper commercial execution, more efficient operations, a stronger brand and deeper relationships with corporate customers.
For SLOT, this marks another chapter in the evolution of a business that has built its name in Nigeria’s technology retail market and is now strengthening the leadership capacity required for what comes next.
