Kasi Cloud Datacenters has officially flagged off construction of West Africa\u2019s first AI-ready hyperscale data centre in Lagos, marking a significant milestone in the region\u2019s digital infrastructure development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project, described as purpose-built for artificial intelligence workloads, will deliver high-density computing capacity with advanced liquid cooling systems capable of supporting the intensive power and thermal requirements of modern GPU clusters. Located in Lagos, the facility is designed to serve the growing needs of cloud providers, large enterprises, fintech companies, and AI startups across Nigeria and neighbouring West African markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kasi Cloud Datacenters is positioning the development as a critical step toward data sovereignty and reduced latency for African organisations that have traditionally relied on overseas data centres for advanced computing needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The launch comes as demand for AI infrastructure accelerates across Africa.
