It also secured the title of world\u2019s fastest 5G network for the fourth consecutive time in the same period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only national providers previously ranked as the fastest in their home markets are eligible for the global award. This marks the fifth time e&amp; UAE has received the world\u2019s fastest mobile network distinction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">e&amp; (formerly Etisalat) operates in a highly competitive domestic market alongside du. The UAE has consistently ranked among the top countries globally for mobile broadband speeds, supported by extensive 5G deployment and infrastructure investment. Ookla\u2019s analysis is based on millions of consumer-initiated tests via the Speedtest platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The recognition comes as e&amp; continues to invest in advanced technologies, including preparations for future 6G capabilities. In addition to mobile performance, the operator has also been recognised for strong fixed broadband results in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No immediate comment from competitors or regulatory bodies was available in response to the latest awards.
