Management initially suspended staff contracts due to safety concerns and operational halts, but the Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations directed a reversal of the decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputy CEO Christine Adwoa Agyapomaa Ansong detailed the extent of the damage, including submerged offices, destroyed laptops, furniture, and other assets. Recovery efforts are underway, with emphasis on preventing future incidents through improved infrastructure and advocacy for better urban drainage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Accra Digital Centre serves as a key government-supported ICT and business process outsourcing hub, hosting startups, tech firms, and supporting youth employment. Officials have highlighted the need to enhance resilience while maintaining the centre\u2019s role in Ghana\u2019s digital economy ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No specific financial impact figures or long-term profitability targets were disclosed.
