The telecom operator says the exercise is intended to clarify whether perceived data losses stem from technical issues, user behavior, or misunderstandings of how modern digital services consume bandwidth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For months, customers have voiced frustration on social media and other platforms, alleging that their data bundles deplete faster than expected. The complaints have persisted despite repeated assurances from network providers that usage is accurately measured and that consumption patterns have evolved with increased use of data-heavy applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In response, MTN has invited the public into a controlled transparency session where engineers demonstrate how data flows through its systems.
