The collaboration aims to address critical gaps in digital skills, connectivity, and practical training for students preparing to enter the technology and telecommunications sectors. Congo Telecom, the country\u2019s incumbent fixed-line and broadband operator, brings deep infrastructure expertise, while ESGAE, a leading private business school founded in 1993, contributes strong academic programmes in management, administration, and emerging technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the proposed partnership, the two institutions plan to develop joint initiatives including specialised training modules, internship programmes, curriculum co-development in areas such as digital transformation, cybersecurity, data management, and telecommunications management. The goal is to create a stronger pipeline of industry-ready graduates equipped to support Congo\u2019s digitalisation agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Congo, like many African markets, faces a mismatch between academic offerings and market requirements in the digital space. Rapid growth in mobile data, broadband expansion, and government digital transformation initiatives has increased demand for professionals skilled in both technical and managerial aspects of ICT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partnership seeks to combine theoretical education with hands-on exposure to real-world telecom infrastructure and digital service delivery.
