Built from Real-World IT Pain Points<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Console was founded by Andrei Serban<\/strong>, who previously led products at Rippling. During his time there, and after selling his earlier company, Fuzzbuzz, he noticed a consistent pain point: IT teams were stuck doing the same basic tasks over and over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That frustration sparked Console, a Slack-integrated AI assistant that handles tasks like resetting passwords, granting app permissions, and diagnosing common issues, without human intervention in most cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe created Console so IT pros could stop firefighting and start innovating,\u201d Serban said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instant Setup, No Headaches<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Console skips the complex setup processes that plague traditional automation tools. It integrates directly into Slack and becomes usable in weeks, not months. That ease of adoption has already earned it clients like Calendly<\/strong>, Scale AI<\/strong>, and Flock Safety<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unlike platforms that require companies to overhaul their help desks, Console works alongside existing systems. It even remembers specific details about each employee’s devices and software access, so responses feel fast and personalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AI resolves more than half of support tickets automatically<\/strong>, and when it hits a wall, it escalates to human staff, creating a seamless handoff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thrive Capital Sees Bigger Picture<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Vince Hankes<\/strong>, partner at Thrive Capital, believes the simplicity of Console\u2019s deployment is one of its greatest strengths. He sees the product becoming so essential that replacing it would be unthinkable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFrom the start, we\u2019ve believed AI could play a massive role in IT operations. Console is proving that faster than anyone,\u201d Hankes said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As more organizations digitize their workflows, the role of AI in internal operations is only expected to grow. And Console isn\u2019t stopping at IT, it\u2019s planning to expand into HR, finance, and legal support<\/strong>, turning into a universal assistant for the modern workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The AI Assistant That Works With, Not Against, IT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

While Console isn\u2019t the only player in this space\u2014Moveworks, recently acquired for $2.85 billion, paved the way\u2014it\u2019s taking a different route. Rather than trying to replace existing tools, Console enhances them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
