The 10 fintech platforms approved by Dangote

Bamboo

Bamboo is one of the digital investment platforms officially listed by Dangote as an approved channel for the IPO. The investment platform has also published information about the offer, including the September 14 opening date, the ₦525 offer price and the minimum subscription of 10 shares.

Flutterwave

Flutterwave is included among Dangote’s approved fintech channels. Its inclusion brings one of Nigeria’s major financial technology companies into the distribution network supporting the public offer and provides another digital route for investors seeking access to the transaction.

InvestNaija

InvestNaija is also listed as an approved fintech channel by Dangote. The platform has published information about the Dangote Refinery IPO and provides another digital route for investors seeking to participate in the offer.

Ladder

Ladder appears on Dangote’s official list of approved fintech channels. Its inclusion adds another digital investment platform to the network through which investors can access the public offer.

Moniepoint

Moniepoint is among the fintech platforms officially listed by Dangote. The financial technology company has built a significant presence in Nigeria’s digital financial ecosystem, and its inclusion gives users another potential route into the capital-market transaction.

Paga

Paga is also listed among Dangote’s approved fintech channels. The digital payments company is one of the established names in Nigeria’s fintech ecosystem and is participating in the distribution network for the IPO.

Payaza

Payaza appears on Dangote’s official list as an approved fintech channel for the offer. Its inclusion further expands the number of digital platforms through which investors can access the transaction.

PiggyVest

PiggyVest is another major consumer-facing fintech platform included on Dangote’s official list. The savings and investment platform has also created dedicated information around the Dangote IPO for its users, positioning its digital investment ecosystem as another route into the offer.

Vetiva

Vetiva is listed among Dangote’s approved channels. While the company operates across investment banking, asset management, securities and other capital-market services, Dangote has included Vetiva within the fintech category on its official IPO channel page.

CardinalStone

CardinalStone is one of the more established capital-market firms among the platforms listed by Dangote Refinery. CardinalStone Partners is serving as an issuing house for the IPO and has published detailed information on the offer, including the ₦525 share price, 10-share minimum subscription and the September 14 to October 13 offer period.

The firm says the Dangote Refinery IPO will be available through its CS Alpha platform, giving investors a digital route to participate in the offer. CardinalStone has also highlighted the refinery’s planned expansion from its current 700,000 barrels per day operational baseline to 1.4 million barrels per day.

Coronation Wealth

Coronation Wealth is another investment and wealth-management platform listed among Dangote Refinery’s official channels. The platform provides investors with access to investment products and capital-market opportunities through Coronation’s broader financial-services network.

For the Dangote IPO, its inclusion on the official channel list means investors can use Coronation Wealth as one of the recognised routes for accessing the offer. Investors should follow the platform’s own subscription instructions and the final offer documentation when applications open.

Cowrywise

Cowrywise is one of the more familiar digital investment platforms on the list, particularly among retail investors. Cowrywise says eligible users can apply for the Dangote Refinery IPO directly through its app under NG Stocks → Public Offers, with the minimum subscription set at 10 shares, or ₦5,250.

Cowrywise also says its stock-trading service operates through CFTL Digital Services Limited, an SEC-registered digital sub-broker, and Meristem Stockbrokers. Investors using the platform will therefore have their subscription processed within the existing Nigerian capital-market infrastructure rather than simply purchasing an informal investment product.

InvestNow

InvestNow is the digital investment platform operated by United Capital. United Capital has been actively preparing InvestNow for the Dangote IPO and has encouraged prospective investors to register and get their accounts ready ahead of the offer.

Its inclusion gives retail investors another digital route into the offering without necessarily having to navigate a traditional physical brokerage process. Investors using InvestNow will still need to complete the required account and regulatory procedures before subscribing.

Meritrade

Meritrade is the digital investment platform of Meristem. Meristem has confirmed that its stockbroking arm is serving as the lead stockbroker on the Dangote Refinery IPO, while Meristem Capital is acting as a joint issuing house.

Meristem is also preparing its retail-investor base through Meritrade, with the platform encouraging users to open and fund their accounts ahead of the September 14 opening. The IPO is being offered at ₦525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares, or ₦5,250.

Revve

Revve is also displayed on Dangote Refinery’s official IPO channels page. Its inclusion means investors will have another digital channel through which the public offer can be accessed.

Unlike platforms such as CardinalStone and Meristem, which have publicly disclosed specific capital-market roles in the transaction, the most important point for investors is that Revve appears on the issuer’s official approved-channel list. Investors should therefore use the platform’s own IPO instructions and confirm account requirements before attempting to subscribe.

ZedCrest

ZedCrest Wealth has a particularly direct connection to the transaction. Zedcrest Securities was appointed as a joint stockbroker on the Dangote Refinery IPO, placing the group directly within the capital-market structure supporting the transaction.

ZedCrest has also confirmed that public-offer investing is available through the Zedcrest Wealth app and has told prospective Dangote investors to create and activate their CSCS accounts ahead of the offer.

Why the fintech distribution matters

The inclusion of fintech platforms in the Dangote IPO distribution network reflects the growing role of digital financial services in Nigeria’s capital market. Retail investors increasingly access stocks and other investment products through digital platforms rather than relying exclusively on physical bank branches or traditional stockbrokers.

For Dangote, that infrastructure could be particularly important because the company has positioned the refinery IPO as an opportunity for broad retail participation and has targeted as many as 10 million investors. The fintech distribution network gives the company access to millions of potential investors through platforms they already use for payments, savings and investments.

The structure also gives digital investment companies an opportunity to bring a major Nigerian public offering directly to their existing user bases. If participation reaches the scale Dangote is targeting, the transaction could demonstrate the growing ability of fintech platforms to connect retail customers with Nigeria’s public capital markets.

When the Dangote IPO opens

The public offer is scheduled to open on September 14, 2026, and close on October 13, 2026. Dangote is offering 4.1 billion ordinary shares at ₦525 per share, putting the value of the offer at approximately ₦2.15 trillion if fully subscribed.

The minimum subscription is 10 shares, meaning an investor can subscribe with ₦5,250 at the offer price. Reuters has reported that the transaction could raise between approximately $1.55 billion and $1.8 billion, depending on the final level of participation.

The proceeds are expected to support the refinery’s expansion plans, including the proposed increase in refining capacity from approximately 700,000 barrels per day to 1.4 million barrels per day.

Investors should verify their channels

The growing public interest in the Dangote IPO has resulted in numerous online lists identifying platforms that may provide access to the offer. However, not every platform mentioned online should automatically be considered an approved Dangote channel, making it important for investors to distinguish between platforms that have discussed the IPO and channels officially identified by Dangote.

Dangote’s official IPO website provides the most authoritative reference for its approved distribution channels. Investors should therefore verify the platform they intend to use against Dangote’s official information and confirm that the IPO is available through the platform before submitting an application or transferring funds.

Investors should also be cautious of individuals, websites or social-media accounts claiming to facilitate Dangote IPO subscriptions outside the approved channels. Any subscription instructions should be obtained through Dangote’s official IPO website or the verified communication channels of the relevant investment platform.

A major test for Nigeria’s digital investment ecosystem

The Dangote Refinery IPO is shaping up to be more than a major capital-market transaction. It will also test how effectively Nigeria’s digital financial ecosystem can bring retail investors into the public market at scale.

The presence of Bamboo, Flutterwave, InvestNaija, Ladder, Moniepoint, Paga, Payaza, PiggyVest, Vetiva and Investwe.yan on Dangote’s official list demonstrates the increasingly important role fintech companies and digital investment platforms play in connecting Nigerians with investment opportunities.

If Dangote succeeds in attracting millions of retail investors, the IPO could become a significant milestone for both the refinery and Nigeria’s evolving digital investment market. For investors, the immediate question is where they can participate, while for Dangote, the bigger test will be whether the country’s digital financial infrastructure can help turn unprecedented public interest into widespread participation in the ownership of one of Africa’s most significant industrial assets.

The 10 fintech and digital investment platforms officially listed by Dangote are Bamboo, Flutterwave, InvestNaija, Ladder, Moniepoint, Paga, Payaza, PiggyVest, Vetiva and Investwe.yan.
