Ooredoo<\/a> Qatar has signed a memorandum of understanding with Samsung Gulf Electronics<\/a>, supported by Starlink, to establish a comprehensive one-stop destination for Samsung consumer and business devices within Ooredoo\u2019s retail network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement was signed at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona by Sheikh Ali Bin Jabor Al Thani, CEO of Ooredoo Qatar, Doohee Lee, President of Samsung Gulf Electronics, and Munera Al Dosari, CEO of Starlink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the partnership, the companies will collaborate on wider availability of Samsung\u2019s latest smartphones, tablets, wearables, and other smart solutions, alongside enhanced in-store visibility and staff training to improve customer service. The initiative builds on an existing relationship in which Samsung devices are among the most popular offered by Ooredoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sheikh Ali Bin Jabor Al Thani stated that the partnership aims to help customers fully benefit from Ooredoo\u2019s 5G network through compatible high-quality devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The move comes as Ooredoo continues to expand its device ecosystem and retail offerings in Qatar, where it operates as the leading telecommunications provider. No specific launch dates for new joint initiatives were detailed in the announcement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The partnership is expected to facilitate faster access to new Samsung products and strengthen after-sales support for customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
