Basil Igwe has a purposeful record traceable to 2009, having spent significant time working in primary, secondary and tertiary levels of education and gaining experience in classroom management and school administration and individual differences where he has helped many learners overcome difficulties using simple learning techniques.

As a seasoned instructor, he takes pride in advancing self-discovery and education in line with purpose. Driven by the mission, his personal creed is living a legacy in the life of people via contributing thought to everyday living in word and writing.

Basil is a Senior Resident at The Open House where he prepares the stage for people to expressly deliver messages and/or acquire knowledge of becoming better versions of themselves through the media of conversations and a vast network of result-driven professionals.

His expertise and commitment have allowed him to be best known as a catalyst for inspiring peak achievement in people. He believes his best comes from contributing to lives using tools of skills, competence, and acquaintances.  Outside work, he enjoys reading online dailies. 100 Years of Solitude is his favorite novel, and he loves making new friends, watching boxing, and supporting Arsenal FC.
